PRESS RELEASE:

Are you a fan of the 1960s Batman TV show? Going to the C2E2 in Chicago on Sunday, April 18th?

There’s more to Adam West's BATMAN show than “Biff! Bam! Pow!” and “Holy-This-or-That!” Join writer / editor Jim Beard and comics star MARK WAID as they discuss the significance and meaning of the most maligned television show of all-time.

Beard will also speak about his upcoming Sequart book, GOTHAM CITY 14 MILES, a fresh, new examination of the infamous 1960s Batman TV series. (The book’s cover will also be unveiled at the panel.) Whether you love or hate the show, you need to attend this panel!

Check the panel programming guide for the CSC: VISUAL ANALYSIS panel, which will run on Sunday from 12:15pm to 1:45pm in room E266.

Best,

Mike Phillips
