30 July 2009 (Berkeley, CA) - On August 5th Golden Apple Comics will present Image Comics Night, in which Image Comics fans can meet some of their favorite creators at one of the premier comic book and pop culture stores in the country!


"Golden Apple and Image Comics have shared a long history of working together starting with Image's earliest signings," Golden Apple Proprietor Ryan Liebowitz said. "We hosted some of the first events with the company's founders and we're happy to continue the tradition with some of the newest names the company has to offer."


Golden Apple's Image Comics Night is already set to feature appearances by JERSEY GODS' Glen Brunswick, ELEPHANTMEN's Richard Starkings and CHARLATAN BALL's Andy Suriano with more to be announced. The night promises fun for all who attending, including one on one time with the creators, drinks and the first place to see many a project, including the all-new JERSEY GODS, VOL. 1: I'D LIVE AND I'D DIE FOR YOU.
