MAY'S FIFTH WEDNESDAY PRODUCES SELL-OUTS
GRIM LEAPER #1 and AMERICA'S GOT POWERS #2 get 2nd printings
May 30 was a "Fifth Wednesday," giving comics readers an extra week in May to pick up new comics. They — and comics retailers — responded by snapping up the debut of the new Image Comics/Shadowline miniseries GRIM LEAPER by Kurtis J. Wiebe (PETER PANZERFAUST, DEBRIS) and Aluisio Santos and the highly anticipated second issue of AMERICA'S GOT POWERS by Jonathan Ross and Bryan Hitch.
Both issues have sold out, and both the second printing of GRIM LEAPER #1 (APR128252) and the second printing of AMERICA'S GOT POWERS #2 (APR128259) will be in stores on June 27, the same day as GRIM LEAPER #2 and AMERICA'S GOT POWERS #3.
