Necomimi Ears Now Offered in Black, Brown, and Leopard
Show What You’re Thinking in More Ways Than One

San Jose, Calif. – October 1st, 2012 – Necomimi, the brainwave ear sensation, is now releasing the first official customized colors in Obsidian Black, Caramel Brown and Jungle Leopard pattern for just $19.95. These complement the signature white cat ears that launched Necomimi. Users can now choose between the variety of ears to customize their headsets to fit their mood and different occasions. Ones thoughts have never looked so stylish!
Necomimi is a brainwave headset with ears that move according to the user’s neuroscience patterns and emotions in real time. A sensor placed on the wearer’s forehead monitors brainwave patterns and the ears move in cat-like reactive movements. The ears perk up when the user is alert, droop down to show relaxation and wiggle back and forth when the user is “in the zone.”
Necomimi first became popular within the anime and costume communities in Japan because of a viral YouTube video by Neurowear, a fashion electronics company and finally made its U.S. debut in July during Comic Con 2012.
