Walter Jones, Austin St. John and David Yost to Join PHXCC 2014
Phoenix Comicon is proud to announce that original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers members Walter Jones, Austin St. John and David Yost will be attending Phoenix Comicon 2014 courtesy of Galactic Productions, galacticproductionsevents.com.
“We are so excited to bring three of the original Power Rangers to Phoenix Comicon,”says Convention Director Matt Sorberg.
Walter Jones is an actor who played the role of Zack Taylor, the Black Ranger on the hit television series Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. After staring on the show for the first two seasons, Jones returned to Power Rangers in the Lost Galaxy season where he played the voice of Hexuba's Nightmare Monster. Jones also had roles on notable television shows such as Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Family Matters, The Shield and as the lead character, "Mouse" in the teen drama Malibu Shores.

Austin St. John is an actor who played the role of Jason Lee Scott, the Red Ranger and original leader of the Power Rangers on the hit television series Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. After spending the first two years on the original series, St. John later returned to the franchise as the Gold Ranger in Power Rangers: Zeo and as a guest star in the second Power Rangers movie, Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie. St. John is the author of the book Karate Warrior: A Beginner's Guide to Martial Arts.

David Yost is an actor who played the role of Billy Cranston, the Blue Ranger on the hit television series Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. After Mighty Morphin Power Rangers ended following its fourth season, Yost became a technical advisor for the new series, Power Rangers Zeo. He stared as the Blue Ranger in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie as well. Yost has also appeared as the lead role for the film Ladykiller a.k.a scene of the Crime and was a producer for the television series Temptation Island

Phoenix Comicon is the signature pop culture experience of the southwest. Comicon is presenting guests and programming for hobbyists by attracting the top segments of the comics, anime, sci-fi, film, tv, and gaming industries. Entering its twelfth year, Phoenix Comicon is expected to draw over 65,000 attendees to its June 5-8, 2014 convention held at the Phoenix Convention Center and Hyatt Regency in Downtown Phoenix.
