Character Nancy Drew with Special Reddit IAmA

April 18, 2017, Mt. Laurel, NJ: Dynamite Entertainment, home to many critically acclaimed comic book series, has arranged for Anthony Del Col, the critically-acclaimed writer of the new Nancy Drew/Hardy Boys: The Big Lie series, to participate in his first Reddit IAmA where he'll discuss the popular new series on April 28th, 2017, the 87th anniversary of Nancy Drew's debut! The IAma will begin at 1 p.m. Eastern time and run for two hours. Fans will be able to submit their questions or follow-along by visiting https://www.reddit.com/r/IAmA/.

Nancy Drew made her first appearance in print on April 28, 1930, when original publisher Grosset & Dunlap released The Secret of the Old Clock, The Hidden Staircase, and The Bungalow Mystery, the first three books to feature the trailblazing character. At a pivotal time in the fight for women's rights, the strong, independent, and ambitious female character offered a new kind of role model for young women - one which exemplified that women could do anything and everything they set their mind to!
