Los Angeles - October 6th, 2009 - BOOM! Studios announced today that MICKEY MOUSE AND FRIENDS #296 has sold out immediately after release.
Fans should keep in mind, while Diamond Comic Distributors is completely sold out, first printings of MICKEY MOUSE AND FRIENDS #296 may still be found at a direct market retailer near you.
Diamond Comic Distributors is making the second printing of MICKEY MOUSE AND FRIENDS #296 available for retailers to order immediately and the second printing will be featured in the October 21st issue of Previews Plus.
In addition, as part of their just announced distribution aggreement, Haven Distributors will also be making the second printing of MICKEY MOUSE AND FRIENDS #296 available for retailers to order immediately.
The second print of MICKEY MOUSE AND FRIENDS #296 carries a Diamond Code of AUG098163. The Haven Code is MICFBOO296A.
MICKEY MOUSE AND FRIENDS #296 second print features a "Donald First" variant cover putting Donald Duck front and center, where cover A of the first print featured Mickey Mouse.

MICKEY MOUSE AND FRIENDS #296 features the first installment of the epic "Wizards of Mickey" adventure and is written by Stefano Ambrosio with interior art by Lorenzo Pastrovicchio, Roberto Santillo & Marco Giglione. The first printing shipped with two covers in a 50/50 split and a third cover that was offered as a 1 in 10 incentive.
