Remender’s and Tocchini’s new series plumbs the depths of hope

It doesn't make her a dupe in my mind; it makes her somebody who is the last of a dying breed.” Artist Tocchini creates a swirling, ethereal environment with vibrant washes of color, while inhabiting LOW’s underwater world with striking characters and futuristic technology.
