Los Angeles, Calif. (April 21, 2017) - BOOM! Studios is excited to announce that the long-awaited next installment in The Amory Wars series, THE AMORY WARS: GOOD APOLLO, I’M BURNING STAR IV, is going on a signing tour. Series creator and Coheed and Cambria frontman Claudio Sanchez is no stranger to the road, and will be taking the time to stop at local comic book shops across the country as Coheed and Cambria embark on a new concert tour to revisit their third album, Good Apollo, I’m Burning Star IV: From Fear Through the Eyes of Madness. The new comic series follows the subject matter of the album.

The Amory Wars: Good Apollo, I’m Burning Star IV is the latest chapter in the The New York Times best-selling series, The Amory Wars. Claudio Sanchez and Chondra Echert (Translucid) team up with best-selling artist Rags Morales (Identity Crisis, Action Comics) to bring this sci-fi story to life. The 12-issue series launched on April 5, 2017 and is available monthly at comic book stores or digitally on your favorite device through ComiXology and the BOOM! In this continuation of The Amory Wars saga, the evil Wilhelm Ryan remains in power. All those around Claudio Kilgannon are now convinced he is The Crowing, but is he? Ambellina believes she and The Crowing can save Heaven’s Fence rather than destroying it. But with Ryan and a new, even bigger threat looming—can they succeed?

The comic book shop signing tour kicked off on April 15 in Los Angeles, Calif. with Claudio Sanchez appearing at Golden Apple Comics, and stops next on April 22 in Salt Lake City, Utah at Black Cat Comics. Fans should note that these signings are limited to Claudio's comic book work, with emphasis on The Amory Wars: Good Apollo, I’m Burning Star IV. Each shop on the tour will have copies available for purchase.
