T Publications Literary Initiative starts at ALA Annual ConferenceUK Publisher Targets Comic Literacy
(United Kingdom-June 4, 2014) T Pub announced today the beginning of an ambitious initiative to get more people reading comics. CEO Neil Gibson says that comics changed his life
and believes the benefits of of the medium are enormous. Libraries in
the UK are closing at an alarming rate and Neil decided it was time for
action. He recently gave a workshop and talk to school pupils at the
Deptford Lounge Library in South London.
From a pop up stall outside one of the highest
trafficked London stations to headlining Leamington Comic Con to a
booth at the American Library Association annual conference this June, T
Pub is taking no prisoners in spreading awareness. Librarians attending

CEO Neil Gibson explains, "Comics are flat out the most efficient medium there is to tell a story. I am a firm believer that comics can make you smarter, help you communicate better and I have used comics to help companies make more money as well.”

Pub titles will be in the June issue of Diamond Previews in the US and
in the UK. Digital copies of their books are available via Amazon and
Comixology. Tortured Life and Tabatha are suggested for mature readers
