‘Strange Nation’ Uncovered At IDW!
The Monkeybrain Thriller Heads To Your Bookshelf This August

San Diego, CA (May 19, 2015) – Norma Park used to have a bright future in journalism. Then she uncovered the terrifying truth about a dangerous conspiracy involving aliens, Sasquatch and doomsday cults! Now Norma finds herself fired from her prestigious newspaper and working at the supermarket tabloid Strange Nation. But nothing will keep Norma from sharing her terrible knowledge with the world!

In Strange Nation writer Paul Allor (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time) and artist Juan Romera unravel a tense, action-packed mystery in this Monkeybrain original tale that’s now coming to print.

Strange Nation is a book about the search for truth, and how much you're willing to sacrifice for it. But, you know, in a fun way,” said Allor. “Juan and I were so proud to put Strange Nation out through Monkeybrain Comics, and are absolutely thrilled that the print edition has found a home at IDW, a publisher known for awesome and inventive comics that combine genre action with true heart.”

"Strange Nation is one of the best comics of the year,” says
Ryan Ferrier (D4VE). “Paul and Juan have managed to weave the perfect blend of emotion, intrigue, and excitement into a tale of suspense; one that explores both true humanity, and the great unknown. Pulse-pounding on every page, and a true measure of storytelling within the comics medium."

Strange Nation arrives in stores this August, and can be pre-ordered through your local comic shop!
