THE SIXTH GUN RPG COMING FALL 2015 FROM PINNACLE GAMES

KICKSTARTER LAUNCHING 5/26/15

PORTLAND, OR May 21, 2015 – Oni Press, Portland’s premier independent comic book publisher, announces a partnership with Pinnacle Entertainment Group, creators of the award-winning, best-selling Savage Worlds roleplaying game system. The companies are developing a licensed tabletop RPG based on the critically acclaimed ongoing series The Sixth Gun, by writer Cullen Bunn, artist Brian Hurtt, and colorist Bill Crabtree.

“Anyone who knows me, knows that I've loved roleplaying games since I was in second grade,” said Cullen Bunn, writer for The Sixth Gun. “Even though I don't play nearly as much as I did during my heyday, I still collect games and roll dice with friends when I get the chance. I always felt there was a natural chemistry between comics and gaming, and I'm absolutely thrilled to see The Sixth Gun being developed by Pinnacle for roleplayers everywhere! I think this is a game that will appeal to a lot of people on a lot of levels. It has fantasy, horror, action, and—of course—gunslingers a-plenty. The highest tier reward, True Fan of The Sixth Gun ($600, limited to 5), offers backers one of everything, plus a few cool extras which aren’t possible in normal distribution channels—like the chance to play in a game at Gen Con Indianapolis Game Mastered by Cullen Bunn!
